The Role
Reporting to the Senior Manager Operations & Analytics, this role will be responsible for managing centre reporting, interpreting, analysing and providing recommendations to improve the divisional workforce to optimise efficiencies and increase customer experience and satisfaction. This role will be offered initially as a 7-month fixed term contract covering maternity leave. Key duties and responsibilities include:
You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and distribution of regular and ad-hoc reporting
You will liaise with internal teams and external Vendors to ensure our reporting data accuracy and system performance targets are met
Ensuring accurate and timely dashboard reports are available to stakeholders based on their needs
Manage the consolidation and analysis of data within a complex multi-system Omni channel environment (including front and back office) to provide clear and concise insights to support data driven decision making
Translate data into planned and actionable items
Providing advice, insights and assess performance variances to identify issues and possible solutions.

What we are looking for
Minimum of 3+ years’ experience within a planning analyst role
Experience in dealing with large data sets
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent attention to detail
A proven track record of delivering and driving results
Excellent interpersonal communication skills including ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders
Desirable experience with Genesys, Alvaria, e Mite, DWH/TM1, Power BI
Formal qualifications in Finance/Accounting/Workforce Planning desirable
