Casual Weighbridge Operator/Administrator
About the Position
Sell & Parker is currently looking for a Casual Weighbridge Operator/Administrator to join our Port Hedland Operations. In this position, you will be the first point of contact with customers and help weigh inbound and outbound material in compliance with specifications established by Sell & Parker Head Office, ensuring accurate and comprehensive documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact with customers.
Weigh inbound and outbound material in accordance with company specifications.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all weighbridge operations.
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 4:30 pm; Saturdays 7:00 am to 12:00 pm.
About You
Live in Port Hedland.
Have at least 2 years of experience in an administration or customer service position.
Proven experience working in a fast‐paced and busy environment.
Advanced customer service and communication skills.
Strong problem‐solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult questions or situations.
Experience in the Metal, Manufacturing, Construction or Mining Industry is a plus.
Previous experience in weighbridge operations is preferred but not essential.
Ability to attain and retain fitness for work, including clear drug and alcohol screening.
Have the right to work in Australia and pass a police check.
