We are currently seeking Hard Waste Runners/Labourers to join our team in Somersby.
This is a physically demanding role that involves regular lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking throughout the shift.
Key Duties
Collect hard waste from residential kerbsides
Work alongside the driver/team leader to complete collection routes
Lift, push, pull and load items safely onto the vehicle
Follow all safety procedures and instructions on site
Requirements
Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour
Commitment to safety and teamwork
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Good customer service approach when interacting with residents
Ability to pass Pre-employment medical
