The person I am looking for will most likely be an Assistant Manager from a big 4 or leading mid-tier CA firm looking to step up to a Manager position. Experience should include providing business valuations, equity valuations, purchase price allocation derivatives and infrastructure valuations. The role also involves providing independent expert reports and various accounting reports. Someone with experience managing workflow and mentoring junior colleagues will be well regarded.
