Valuation Consultant – Marsh Valuation Services
Marsh Valuation Services, a specialist division within Marsh, is seeking talented engineers to join our team as Valuation Consultant in the Brisbane – 111 Eagle office. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:
Assist the valuation teams in research and data analysis across property, plant, equipment, and infrastructure asset classes
Conduct supervised site inspections and field work
Compile reports and spreadsheets, including data transfer, formatting, and formulas
Liaise with client representatives
Arrange project plans and site inspections
Support senior staff with general valuation, research, and analysis tasks
What you need to have?
Must have a Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering or a related engineering field
Broad computer competency
Desire and willingness to learn new skills
Ability to deliver results on time and in full
Self‐motivated with a positive attitude
Analytical mindset
Team player with high integrity and energy
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
