1. Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles
2. Manage pick up times for vehicles to ensure they are onsite for early departures
3. Be the first point of contact and greet guests with a warm welcome every time
4. Check the daily arrival list for VIPs or guests with special needs
5. Ensure collection and delivery of guest luggage, mail, messages and equipment in an efficient and timely manner
6. Guide guests to their room and assist with their luggage
7. Ensure the efficient delivery and collection of group luggage
8. Be present at the Concierge/Reception desk or in the lobby to be ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested
9. Ensure the lobby/foyer area, including entry/exit doors, remains clean and presentable at all times. Conduct regular checks
10. Respond to guest requests and queries providing a knowledgeable, efficient and helpful information service

1. An energetic, team-focused and can-do attitude
2. Enthusiasm to connect with guests and to hear their story
3. Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
4. High level of computer literacy
5. Be reliable, well-groomed and have excellent attention to detail
6. The ability to work across a 7-day roster - evenings, mornings and weekends
7. Full Tasmanian Manual Drivers Licence is essential
