A key aspect of the role is leading and managing a team of external agents, consultants and advisors, as well as internal stakeholders, and to reinforce and live the culture of 151 Property in all internal and external interactions Primary Role The primary responsibilities of this position are: Acquisitions Work with sector heads, MD and Blackstone to develop strategy for acquisition opportunities in line with Blackstone's investment strategy including identify and source, in conjunction with agents (where required), appropriate opportunities in line with the agreed strategy To secure acquisitions, including documentation and required approvals, and manage subsequent handover to asset management teams.

Undertake due diligence, prepare financial models and detailed reports for consideration by management and the Board (as required) Disposals Assist sector heads with setting asset strategies to optimise investment performance, primarily regarding divestment plans, compatible with Blackstone's strategy Work with the asset management and analytics teams to ensure each property within the portfolio is in a state of readiness for sale, including collation of current data for electronic data rooms Provide advice to management and Blackstone regarding preparation for an asset/s disposal Seek proposals from agents, marketing/strategy agencies and advisors, including the co-ordination of presentations with management (where required by sector heads/MD) Provide recommendations to management and Blackstone for the appointment of external service providers including selling agencies and prepare detailed disposal campaign programs and track on a weekly basis, campaign budgets and track against actual to ensure campaigns are delivered within budget Work with Revantage and external legal providers to document the appointment of external service providers in a timely manner Work with the Revantage ANZ marketing coordinator (where applicable) to develop high quality marketing material and ensure appropriate approvals have been received at agreed milestones and material is delivered in line with agreed program Co-ordinate and lead regular agency meetings during disposal campaigns Co-ordinate preparation of technical, legal and tax documentation, pertaining to the disposal of assets, with internal and external stakeholders Coordinate and manage the population of data rooms, with support from asset management teams and external stakeholders Manage all communication with selling agents, and other external service providers, during the campaign Co-ordinate bid closing process, including analysis of bids, recommendations (where required) and obtaining approvals from management/Blackstone, legal documentation negotiation (with legal advisors) Coordinate purchaser's due diligence queries with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate and appropriate responses are provided during the disposal phase.

General A clear understanding of Blackstone's strategy, objectives and performance requirements Prepare, or assist with the preparation of, board, management and internal reporting, which is to be concise, accurate and delivered on time Work with Revantage ANZ legal and finance teams to integrate newly acquired properties into the portfolio as well as the offboarding of sold assets Liaise with the Blackstone finance teams as required Contribute to the business with a continual focus on improving systems, processes and performance Provide support to the Blackstone transactions team on an as required basis Work with the Head of Analytics to develop a comprehensive in-house research database, which will assist in the formulation of 'house' views Analyse market transactions (with specific focus on comparisons to our current portfolio and target acquisitions) Be a 151 Property brand ambassador in the national market place across all sectors Actively participate in transaction/capital market events and industry forums to continually develop knowledge and industry networks Key Working Relationships Internal * Sector heads and asset management teams, analytics team, Revantage teams including marketing, finance and legal as well as Blackstone team members External * Capital Transactions agents, technical advisors and consultants, lawyers, marketing/branding agencies, research teams, valuers and key operatives in the property market Requirements: Education, Competencies & Skills * Bachelors degree or higher * Candidates will ideally be tertiary qualified in a property or related discipline with proven experience in a Capital Transactions role along with strong financial modelling skills.

Valuations experience is highly desirable but not essential * 5+ years proven experience in real estate sector * Experience in industrial / logistics sector is desirable * Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team of property specialists * Range of property skills and an understanding of property investment processes including experience gained in at least one of the fields of property/asset management, valuation, development or transactions * Possess a high financial aptitude, commercial acumen and ability to analyse financial data from budgets, business plans, feasibilities and valuations * High levels of behavioural awareness in self and others * Ability to maintain a high energy, positive, creative, solutions driven, client orientated, dynamic and responsive culture * Strong communication skills * Excellent relationship and trust building skills * Proficient conflict resolution and problem solving * Strong market network * Self-motivated * Proven knowledge of current property market * Extensive experience in leading the delivery of innovative marketing collateral
