About the Role Counter sales and customer service (phone, email & walk-ins)
Processing orders, sourcing parts and managing order fulfilment
Providing accurate product and technical advice
Building customer relationships and identifying new sales opportunities
Cold calling and supporting branch sales growth initiatives
Managing customer enquiries, pricing, delivery and issue resolution
Stock control, receipting, picking, packing, dispatch and stocktakes
Maintaining store presentation, displays and housekeeping standards
Assisting with internal and external deliveries
Supporting day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing duties Health, Safety & Compliance Work safely and in line with WHS and environmental standards
Use safety equipment and follow safe operating procedures
Report hazards and incidents immediately
Comply with company ethics, policies and professional standards About You Trade qualified or strong experience in HVAC parts / technical trade sales Store Management experience (HVAC industry preferred)
Strong customer service focus with a positive, can-do attitude
Sound product knowledge and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage inventory, orders and priorities
Confident communicator who works well in a team environment
Professional presentation and high ethical standards Licences & Skills Forklift Licence (essential) Current Driver's Licence Basic computer skills (Oracle desirable)
