Key Responsibilities: Lead the implementation of key change initiatives for the Disruptions Transformation Program. Assess and address impacts on people, processes, systems, and culture. Identify the impacts resulting from changes to people, process, systems, and culture. Develop and deliver key documentation and successful implementation of change activities. Complete key areas of change management: impact assessment, scope & risk identification, learning, communications, stakeholder engagement, and change readiness. Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Business/People related field or Change Management.2-4 years relevant experience in change or business analysis roles on projects. Strong analytical, Power Point, spreadsheet skills, and design platform tools. Strong oral/written communication skills with the ability to communicate concepts to a non-change savvy audience. Independent, highly motivated, and dynamic team member with effective leadership skills. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management. High level of accountability and ability to work to deadlines. Committed to management of change. Ability to deliver accurate and timely information and manage conflicting priorities.
