Description
We have an opportunity for a Senior Civil Designer to join our Community Development team in Carrara. Reporting to the Design Lead, you will work on projects delivering solutions in urban, land and subdivision projects within Gold Coast and surrounds. The role will suit an experienced Civil Designer who has worked on multi-disciplined civil projects for Councils, Local government, Main Roads, or developers.
Role Details

Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12 D or Civil 3 D (land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure)
Interpreting civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients
Interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping
Interact with clients regarding project needs

About You

Demonstrate senior civil designer experience in urban, land and subdivisions
Relevant qualifications
Experience with 12 D or Civil 3 D software
Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
Commitment to self-improvement and professional development
