What you will do?- Welcome guests and complete Check-in and Check-out
- Handle guest requests, inquiries and complaints effectively and efficiently
- Maintain current knowledge of daily VIP's, hotel products, services, pricing and special promotional offers
- Perform duties with a high level of positive guest service. Ensure that the guest is the first priority at all times - be pro-active with their needs
- Liaising with various resort departments to ensure our guests experience the most memorable of experiences and the very highest levels of service
- Coordinating guest arrivals & departures
- Extensive hotel / resort front office experience
- Guest and team focus
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to organise and prioritise dailytasks and work with minimal supervision
- Superior organisational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience using OPERA (PMS) system highly regarded
