What We’re Looking For: Experience as a Brewer: A minimum of 1 year experience brewing in a commercial brewery. Enthusiasm for Craft Beer: A genuine passion for craft beer and brewing. Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure quality and consistency in our brews. Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and contribute positively to our brewery culture. Strong Work Ethic: Reliable, punctual, and committed to producing excellent craft beer. Travel: Flexibility to travel between our 2 brewery locations (during work hours only). Responsibilities: Assist in the brewing process, including cleaning and sanitising equipment, monitoring fermentation, and packaging. Operate brewing equipment and adhere to safety and quality standards. Support inventory management and supply chain processes. Participate in taste testing and quality control.
