Tasks & Responsibilities- Providing an outstanding customer experience;
- Setting up, filling, and adjusting displays as required;
- Upselling;
- Preparing cold beverages;
- Working the Barista machine; preparing amazing coffees;
- Food safety requirements - temperature checks and recording;
- Cleaning duties throughout the store.
- Demonstrated customer service skills;
- A positive, can-do attitude towards all tasks required to perform;
- Enjoy the challenge of upselling;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Exposure to a fast-paced environment;
- Prior retail or food experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
