Position: Coding Product Specialist – Health Information Manager (HIM)
This is a remote role with occasional travel to client offices around Australia and our head office in Sydney.
What You'll Do
Provide subject‐matter expertise across Beamtree's coding products
Support product implementation, optimisation, and training
Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Conduct ICD‐10‐AM coding audits and contribute to product development
Create user guides, training materials, and release documentation
Stay up to date with IHACPA guidelines and coding standards
Work on the Autonomous Coding project
What You'll Bring
Health Information Management or Clinical Coding qualifications
Eligibility for HIMAA full membership
5–10 years of experience in HIM/clinical coding
Auditing qualifications (La Trobe University or equivalent highly desirable)
Strong knowledge of ICD‐10‐AM and Activity Based Funding
Excellent communication and public speaking skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Experience in Autonomous Coding or AI highly regarded
Willingness to travel within Australia (optional overseas travel)
