Nurture leads and manage consistent communication with prospective customers throughout their decision-making process.
Meet with customers in the display home or on-site, showcasing our designs.
Guide customers through the entire new home building process, providing informed insights and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Work closely with customers to understand their visions and explain building plans, material specifications, and site requirements.
Effectively collaborate with team members while maintaining a high level of independence. What You'll Bring
To be successful, you will have:
New Home Industry Experience: Prior experience within the new home building industry is preferred and highly regarded for this role.
Sales-Oriented: You enjoy interacting with people, building rapport, and guiding prospects through the sales process.
Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills for clear and effective interactions.
Organised & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.
