Your new role As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll be ensuring that complex business rules related to staff engagement and payroll outcomes are accurately captured, interpreted, and embedded into practical and compliant system solutions.in-depth knowledge of industrial awards, enterprise agreements, and organisational business policies to ensure accurate translation into system rules Evaluate existing processes and systems to identify gaps and recommend improvements aligned with the STA solution. Work closely with project managers, technical teams, HR, and operations to ensure solutions are compliant with industrial relations requirements and meet business goal Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements related to scheduling, rostering, time tracking, and attendance. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience as a Payroll Business Analyst or similar role. Strong background in Award Interpretation and Business Policy Experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large-scale enterprise system implementations Knowledge related to Time & Attendance or workforce management environments Experience with Rostering platforms such as Nimbus Time2 Work, WFS and UKG is highly desirable. Sound understanding of scheduling, timekeeping, labour law compliance, and workforce optimisation practices.
