Visionary Leadership: The ability to align technology with business growth and lead strategic initiatives. Technical Expertise: A solid foundation in IT systems, infrastructure management, and familiarity with emerging technologies like AI. Growth Mindset: A hunger to develop professionally and take on more responsibility as you transition into a CTO role. Industry Knowledge: Experience in healthcare, boutique businesses, or customer-focused industries is a plus. Education: A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields (Master’s preferred).
