Job Description We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated individual who will provide part-time support (10-15 hours/week ) resolving minor/everyday issues within the FACT File Composition Engine (FCE). The hours are flexible to allow students to prioritize their studies. This work includes reviewing outputs from the FACT platform as part of the solution’s services or proof-of-concept offerings. In addition, any specific skills required for this internship will be taught throughout, and the individual will be fully supported by peers. You will work closely with our Decomposition Team and data scientists to help test pipelines, train AI models, and document any bugs found within the system. Job Location Work from home anywhere in Canada (aDolus operates a fully remote development team). Responsibilities Assist the Decomposition Team with development and file type support Help with data validation/normalization tasks, including confirming the association of security vulnerabilities to software components recorded in the FACT database Liaise with the data science team for pipeline testing, ML model training, and data refinement Assist in the QA testing of the product and product pipelines Contribute and collaborate as part of the Scrum Team Update your professional knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications Who You Are Our ideal candidate is an organized, energetic, and passionate team player with a can-do approach to their job. You are self-motivated and can achieve your objectives without direct supervision but are not afraid to ask for assistance when it is needed. You have experience in software development and testing, love to learn, are flexible, and can adapt quickly to deal with unexpected challenges as they arise.
