As a Technical Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating field service activities to ensure efficiency and quality service delivery. You'll liaise with technicians, customers, and suppliers to streamline operations and reduce downtime for our clients.

• Schedule and coordinate field service work
• Serve as the primary contact between customers and service technicians
• Respond to queries, maintain good customer relations, and prepare quotations
• Provide technical guidance and support to field service teams
• Ensure service jobs are completed efficiently and to high standards
• Maintain service records, track job progress, and manage workflow
• Assist with parts ordering, invoicing, and reporting as needed
• Monitor and track work in progress

• Experience as a technician working on earthmoving or material handling equipment
• Strong mechanical or electrical knowledge with diagnostic skills
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to transition into a coordination role and support a skilled team
• Proficiency in service management systems or eagerness to learn
• Strong interpersonal skills
