Job Details Work Arrangement: Work from home Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 6 AM to 3 PM Manila Time Flexibility: Can adjust working hours by starting an hour earlier or later and ending accordingly, ensuring a full 9-hour (including 1 hour break) shift. Responsibilities Develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using object-oriented programming (OOP) in PHP. Build and maintain back-end systems using the Laravel framework and manage data using My SQL and No SQL database systems. Design and optimize data models for efficient database performance and scalability. Create and consume RESTful APIs to integrate systems and applications. Build dynamic and responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and Java Script, with a focus on the Vue.js framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs. Implement and maintain version control practices using Git Hub and other version management tools. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the application stack. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to incorporate best practices in development. Qualifications Proven experience in Full Stack Development with expertise in PHP and the Laravel framework. Proficient in database management using My SQL and No SQL systems, including data modeling and optimization. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Java Script, and experience with the Vue.js framework. Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs. Familiarity with version management tools like Git Hub and related systems. Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. A passion for learning and adapting to new technologies. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in an Agile or Dev Ops environment. Knowledge of additional frameworks or tools that complement the tech stack. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
