NXT GIG is on the lookout for a talented and experienced SAP Success Factors Consultant to join our human resources technology team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring SAP Success Factors solutions tailored to our clients' unique HR needs. You will collaborate with HR professionals and business leaders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and recommend best practices to enhance workforce management and employee engagement. Your expertise in Success Factors will be pivotal in delivering solutions that optimize HR operations and support organizational goals. Work closely with clients to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business objectives. Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and validation of Success Factors configurations. Provide training and ongoing support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of the system. Stay updated with the latest SAP Success Factors features and industry trends to provide strategic insights. Participate in project planning and deliver on-time solutions within budget constraints. Document processes, configurations, and project deliverables for future reference. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an SAP Success Factors Consultant with a strong understanding of HR processes. Familiarity with SAP Success Factors modules and integration aspects. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders. Experience in end-to-end SAP Success Factors implementation and support. SAP Success Factors certification is highly desirable.
