About the Opportunity As a Medical Science Liaison, you will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic vision and decision-making process within drug development across an exciting product launch within Ophthalmology. Your expertise in the clinical space, combined with strong commercial acumen, will enable you to effectively communicate insights from expert interactions, influencing best practices within strategy development. Through your efforts, you will significantly impact the future landscape of healthcare by addressing critical needs in the drug development cycle. Responsibilities KOL Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and academic institutions. Industry Expertise: Demonstrate leading industry knowledge in all interactions. Strategy Contribution: Contribute to strategy development and holistic growth in drug development. Challenge Mitigation: Proactively identify challenges, overcome obstacles, and leverage relationships to enhance the product portfolio. Skills and Experience Required Proven experience in an MSL role or related field experience. Established KOL relationships within Ophthalmology and/or Gene Therapy. Strong understanding of both clinical and commercial aspects. Ability to communicate concisely and effectively with KOLs and stakeholders at national, state, and territory levels. Advanced health sciences degree (Masters, MD, MBBS, Ph D) required.
