Join our team in our shared belief that we can make a difference to the lives of everyone we touch – from our backyard to the world. ABOUT THE ROLE The Service Desk Lead Analyst supports all users in Cotton On Group’s global Information Technology (I.T.) business operations – covering all offices, stores and distribution centres. Working alongside the Service Desk Manager to govern global standardised policies, processes and procedures that define how I.T executes its daily support. Collaborating with other IT teams to provide seamless customer service, you will set expectations, review performance, provide feedback and follow up using the Group performance framework. Primary focus will be Investigating incidents, diagnose root cause and develop sustainable and scalable solutions for widespread issues for our customers. Working closely with internal customers, you will aim to deliver standards of excellence, providing specialist support to resolve complex issues. If you are someone who is passionate about providing realiable I.T service to a global team, then apply now.SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Demonstrated experience in an I.T service role• Proven experience in being customer focused: ability meet customer needs; build productive customer relationships, taking responsibility for internal stakeholder satisfaction.• Effective problem solver with aptitude and interest in developing and applying skills in o IT Desktop, Hardware, software and printerso POS system basic troubleshooting of POS, modems, cash up drawers and EFTPOSo Basic troubleshooting knowledge of enterprise systems such as ERP, HR, Payroll and Distribution Centre systemso Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, WIFI, ADSL & VPN • Experience in using one or more ticketing systems and is aware of various ticket categories such as service desk requests, incident and problem• Experience in resolving high level technical problems quickly and clearly to a customer via phone or in person• Exposure to work in a roster based environment• Experience in documenting procedures and training materials OUR CULTURE Here at the Cotton On Group our people are at the heart of everything we do.
