Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

Location: Regional WA – Bunbury & Collie

Hourly rate: $38 - $40 p/h + super

Employment Type: 6-month temp Contract / Full-Time hours – 37.5

About the Role

Our state government client is seeking a skilled and motivated Service Desk Analyst to join our ICT team. This role is pivotal in delivering, maintaining, and supporting end-user standard operating environments across a range of devices, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will provide high-quality technical support and contribute to the smooth operation of ICT services across metropolitan and regional sites. You'll be part of a collaborative team, working in a dynamic environment that values innovation, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for end-user environments, including hardware, software, applications, peripherals, and portable telephony devices.
Deliver and maintain standard operating environments across various devices.
Support IT asset lifecycle processes and procedures.
Apply IT Service Management best practices and frameworks (e.g., ITIL, SIAM).
Stay informed on contemporary ICT trends, developments, and standards.
Travel between nominated work locations as required, including occasional regional travel and work outside standard business hours.

Skills and Experience Required

ICT-related qualifications or equivalent industry-recognised certifications, or relevant experience in a medium to large organisation.
Demonstrated experience in supporting Microsoft technologies and end-user environments.
Strong understanding of ITSM methodologies and frameworks.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Valid WA C Class or C‐A Class Driver's Licence.
Commitment to road safety and compliance with LGIRS travel policies.
