To further build and maintain the Oceania Naval customer base with specific focus on Australia and NZ. Achieve sales targets while optimizing customer satisfaction through business development, project bids, and sales activities. To take responsibility for the development and execution of the Maritime Domain sales strategy for the Oceanic area. To be recognized as a trusted Thought Leader for Naval Communications Solutions by the Australian business ecosystem. To innovate RSAUS (and Corporate) capability delivery methods, Capability as a Service (Caa S), Communications Systems Integration (CSI), Systems Integrator (SI), Strategic Relationships, Partnering, innovations ecosystems etc. The role will be inheriting a ‘healthy’ order pipeline. Your Qualifications Technical sales experience is required - Must have strong technical customer expertise in Naval and understanding of major acquisitions and sustainment contracts. Understanding of the Australian Defence Market with a preference for Naval programs. Understanding of naval communication systems. The expectation is to have communications, combat systems or C4 I systems sales expertise. Eligible to hold an Australian Security Clearance at NV1. Interested?
