As the Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering high-quality, engaging learning programs for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.
This hands-on position involves guiding and mentoring educators, working collaboratively with families, and ensuring that the centre's programs are in line with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and supervise educators in planning and implementing quality educational programs.
Collaborate with families to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing of children and staff, adhering to regulations and best practices.
Manage administrative tasks, including compliance with the centre's policies, National Quality Standards, and Early Years Learning Framework.
Act as the Responsible Person in the absence of senior management.

About You: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or Diploma of Community Services (Children's Services) or equivalent.
