The Role:
- Manage a small team of Property Managers
- Oversee the rent roll
- Implement processes and procedures as required
- Manage a small portfolio of properties (in-office duties only!)
The Candidate:
- Previous experience as a Senior Property Manager or Team Leader/Head of Department
- Ability to provide high-end customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
