Key skills required to be successful in this role are: Formal qualifications and leadership experience3 years minimum Team Leader experience in a similar role in food manufacturing (Preferred but not essential)Ability to work with various food types such as wheat, whole meal, cheese, meat, etc. Proficient in a fast-paced environment and multitasking Manual handling up to 25kgs Experience in Outlook, Word, and Excel - computer skills Strong communication skills (written and verbal)High attention to detail with a positive attitude Comfortable working in a cool room environment Understanding of workplace and food safety (HACCP) and training team members About us: Suprima Bakeries, part of the Prima Group, operates a cutting-edge automated plant in Sydney, Australia, specifically in the Campbelltown area.
