Salary range: $80,000 - $90,000 + Super (dependent on experience)

Overview
Our clients are seeking a passionate Early Childhood Teacher for a warm, community-focused preschool. They value a holistic, play-based approach, a homelike environment, and learning through exploration. You’ll design a program aligned with EYLF, foster emotional security and creativity, and build strong family/community partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
• Curriculum: design, implement, and evaluate a play-based program aligned with EYLF; lead learning across literacy, numeracy, creative arts, and physical activity.
• Assessment: observe, reflect, and document progress; create portfolios and learning stories; use evidence to adapt the curriculum.
• Leadership: mentor and support colleagues; foster collaborative continuous improvement.
• Family & Community: build strong partnerships; lead family meetings; participate in community events.
• Compliance: uphold National Quality Standards and regulatory requirements; maintain a safe, inclusive environment; contribute to quality improvement.
• Professional Growth: ongoing PD and reflective practice.
Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-equivalent)
• Minimum 1 year as an Early Childhood Teacher in a long day care or similar setting
• Strong EYLF and NQS knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis (HLTAID012)
• Working with Children Check and National Police Check
• Up-to-date vaccination status per policy
