This firm is seeking a skilled Manager to join their Tax Services division. In this role, you will collaborate with a dedicated team of tax experts to provide exceptional service to a diverse clientele, including privately owned groups, startups, multinational corporations, and ASX listed companies.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Offering complex transactional tax advice across various industries and jurisdictions.
2. Handling ATO controversy matters related to intricate tax issues.
3. Leading the delivery of tax projects with technical excellence and a practical approach.
4. Keeping abreast of tax law developments, mentoring junior team members, and engaging directly with clients to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates will possess:

1. Minimum 5 years of tax experience from reputable firms.
2. Strong communication skills to convey complex tax concepts clearly.
3. Specialised tax knowledge applicable to commercial transactions.
4. Previous experience in tax strategy implementation and project management.
