ABOUT THE COMPANY:
We’re exclusively partnering with a global business that plays a key role in the technology services sector, supporting major brands with distribution, protection, and aftercare solutions. With a strong and growing presence across ANZ, they manage a network of inter-company transactions and tax structures to support their expanding operations.
As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking for a Tax Manager to take ownership of tax governance and compliance across the region. This is a newly created role, offering a unique opportunity to develop tax processes, partner with global teams, and drive efficiencies.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Oversee tax governance and compliance across APAC, ensuring all reporting and filings meet local regulations.
- Manage transfer pricing and inter-company tax activities, ensuring alignment with global tax policies.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to assess tax implications of new business developments and expansion initiatives.
- Liaise with external advisors, tax authorities, and auditors to manage compliance and optimise tax positions.
- Identify potential tax risks and process improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with the Global Tax Team to align tax strategies with business objectives.
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE:
- CA/CPA qualified with 5+ years of tax experience in a corporate environment or professional services firm.
- Strong knowledge of Australian and New Zealand tax legislation, including transfer pricing.
- Experience managing inter-company tax transactions and compliance.
- Ability to liaise with external advisors and tax authorities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
- Nice to have: APAC tax knowledge and experience working in a multinational business.
