You will provide care and assistance that promotes choice, skill development, and community connection, including: Supported Independent Living (SIL): Helping participants thrive in their own homes Community Inclusion & Social Support: Fostering social participation, friendships, and community engagement In-Home Care & Personal Support: Assisting with daily living activities while promoting autonomy High Support & Complex Care Environments: Delivering compassionate, tailored support for participants with higher care needs Your work will make a tangible difference every day, supporting individuals to achieve their goals, maintain independence, and enjoy rich, meaningful lives.
What You Will Need Essential: Certificate III or IV in Disability / Individual Support (or equivalent) NDIS Worker Screening Check Current First Aid & CPR Unrestricted NSW Driver’s Licence Full working rights in Australia Highly Regarded: Experience supporting complex behaviours or high physical support needs Hoist, mobility, and manual handling skills Understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and participant safeguarding Commitment to person-centred, active support Don’t hold a current qualification?
