About the Role:
Join our growing operations team at Catalano Interiors in Melbourne as a Supply Chain Analyst. You'll dive into our product delivery processes, crunch the numbers on logistics performance, and help us streamline how we move goods from supplier to customer. This isn't just desk work—you'll be hands-on identifying where our supply chain can work smarter, suggesting fixes, and helping the team put those improvements into action.
What You'll Do:
* Develop and oversee purchasing, warehousing, and distribution plans that balance cost efficiency with timely delivery.
* Map out and analyse current logistics workflows to spot bottlenecks and waste.
* Work with warehouse and procurement teams to set realistic goals for better customer delivery experiences.
* Dig into the data on shipping routes, inventory levels, and supplier performance.
* Write up practical recommendations for changing how we handle orders, track shipments, or manage stock movements.
* Help roll out new processes and mentor junior team members on supply chain best practices.
What You Need:
* At least 1 year of solid, post-university experience in supply chain or logistics analysis.
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or similar (or 5+ years of proven analytical experience).
* Experience with ERP software and Excel.
* Understanding of shipping documentation, route planning, and inventory basics.
* Solid English skills for reporting and vendor communication.
