We are a national NDIS provider delivering Allied Health support across over 300 locations in Australia, serving thousands of community participants with services including Occupational & Speech Therapy, Behaviour Support, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, and Physiotherapy. Responsibilities include: Managing an allocated caseload and delivering therapeutic services promptly. Providing speech pathology services within schools, homes, and the community. Using clinical observations and assessments to develop participant-specific treatment goals. Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to enhance participants' quality of life. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Mentoring graduates and early-career clinicians (for senior clinicians). Maintaining awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure compliance. Qualifications To be considered, you will have: Current certified membership with Speech Pathology Australia. Post-graduation experience as a Speech Pathologist. Excellent time management and organizational skills. A proactive attitude motivated by improvement and innovation. A desire for a fun, collaborative, and supportive work environment. A genuine passion for working in the disability sector.
