In this role you will: Provide a high-quality Speech Pathology assessment and intervention service that is evidence based and solutions focused. Manage a mixed caseload with complex and varied needs. Work with customers of all ages, their families and carers to identify strengths, skills and goals. Use appropriate assessment tools and methods to assess strengths and areas of development, in order to identify suitable intervention strategies. Deliver therapy in a variety of environments, e.g. centre based, schools/preschools, group homes, homes and via telehealth. Demonstrate and embody Northcott values; ‘innovative, respectful and brave’. Requirements: Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology. Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia. Experience delivering evidence-based therapy to a paediatric, adolescent and/or adult caseload. Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload and administrative responsibilities in an autonomous, efficient, and effective manner. An understanding of the NDIS framework and working within a fee for service model is desired. Ability to work collaboratively as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
