About the Role
Join a dynamic team delivering high‐impact speech therapy across Early Intervention, School‐Age, and Adult programs. We're looking for passionate Speech Pathologists to:
Provide therapy using evidence‐based communication interventions, including AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication).
Conduct standardised and specialist assessments tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with families, carers, and stakeholders to foster inclusive, empowering environments.
Lead specialist programs such as Hanen parent coaching, Positive Behaviour Support, and mealtime management.
Run engaging group therapy sessions across all ages.
About You
Degree‐qualified in Speech Pathology with current Speech Pathology Australia membership.
Person‐centered, values‐driven professional with a passion for helping individuals with disabilities.
Experience supporting clients with NDIS funding is a plus.
NDIS Worker Check and WWCC required.
New graduates encouraged to apply – mentorship and structured supervision provided.

AU$75,000 – AU$95,000 per annum + super + salary packaging.
