About the Role The Solution Consultant (Digital Transformation) performs a pivotal role in technical solution design and sales. Engaging with potential new clients in a Presales consulting capacity, responding to Tenders/RFIs, requirement gathering and documentation, training, and advising on product development, all with a seamless client experience. This role will be focusing on supporting BPO sales across Australia and New Zealand with a core focus on Digital Transformation and RPA products. Scope of the role includes Working with the client and sales to understand business requirements and current state operating methods Align these requirements with our capabilities and solutions that can deliver meaningful transformation and automation Perform consultancy and requirements gathering to document business automation requirements Identify where we can add value to processes, or redesign the way that the customer operates Be able to articulate the value of transformation, both in how it will improve how the customer does business and as a means to control costs Document the proposed solution design and prepare presentations that clearly describe the solution, benefits and value in a presales/SME capacity Cost the solution obtaining input from development, operations and third parties. Input pricing data in conjunction with the Operations, Professional Services and Sales Be able to build financial models that show basic financial metrics such as return on investment and payback periods Actively participate in post implementation reviews and promote the ‘lessons learned’ to achieve improved systems, processes, procedures and best practices. Write clearly articulated solution related document such as Proposals, Tenders and Solution Design. About You Minimum of 2 years working in a pre-sales or digital transformation consultancy role Experience in selling outsourced business solutions Knowledge and experience of Workflow, Digitisation and AP systems Knowledge and experience of robotics process solutions Advisory experience around discovery and research processes Ability to assess options and solutions in a collaborative fashion both internally and with potential clients Ability to generate fresh, creative ideas Practical and demonstrable solution design experience Experienced in gathering customer requirements and running a discovery workshops Can understand customer requirements and translate these into the robust solutions A sound knowledge of and experience in design, agile management and innovation methodologies, including the scoping of work, design research, ideation and prototyping, user testing, and evaluation Knowledge of specific client processes in our target markets of Banking, Insurance, Government and Finance Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent presentation skills, must be able to present articulately to potential customers both individually and in group settings Ability to build commercial models for large and complex deals In return you will get the chance to work for a multinational company, with a real opportunity to take your skills to the next level.     New South Wales (commonly abbreviated as NSW) is a state on the east coast of Australia. It borders Queensland to the north, Victoria to the south, and South Australia to the west. Its coast borders the Coral and Tasman Seas to the east. The Australian Capital Territory is an enclave within the state. New South Wales' state capital is Sydney, which is also Australia's most populous city. In June 2020, the population of New South Wales was over 8.1 million, making it Australia's most populous state. Just under two-thirds of the state's population, 5.3 million, live in the Greater Sydney area. The demonym for inhabitants of New South Wales is New South Welshmen.The Colony of New South Wales was founded as a British penal colony in 1788. It originally comprised more than half of the Australian mainland with its western boundary set at 129th meridian east in 1825. The colony then also included the island territories of Van Diemen's Land, Lord Howe Island, and Norfolk Island. During the 19th century, most of the colony's area was detached to form separate British colonies that eventually became the various states and territories of Australia. However, the Swan River Colony was never administered as part of New South Wales. Lord Howe Island remains part of New South Wales, while Norfolk Island has become a federal territory, as have the areas now known as the Australian Capital Territory and the Jervis Bay Territory.
