Key Responsibilities
• Full Stack Development: Design, build, and maintain both front end and back end components of Resonate CX’s Saa S platform.
• Product & Client Delivery: Contribute to agile product development while balancing speed with high quality outputs.
• Code Quality & Collaboration: Produce clean, reliable code and actively participate in peer reviews and team collaboration.
• Cloud Engineering: Develop and deploy solutions using Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Modern Front End Development: Work with contemporary frameworks and tooling such as Angular, React, Vue, Node.js, webpack, and npm.
• AI Assisted Development: Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development and improve problem solving.
• Ownership & Delivery: Take end to end accountability for assigned work and manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current with emerging technologies and trends, particularly in AI assisted development.
Required Skills & Experience
• Education: Degree or tertiary qualification in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of industry experience in a software development role.
• Back End: 3+ years of experience with C# and. NET.
• Cloud: At least 1 year of experience with Azure or another cloud platform.
• Front End: Experience with modern frameworks such as Angular, React, Vue, Node.js, webpack, or npm.
• AI Adoption: Demonstrated interest or experience in AI assisted development, prompt engineering, or automation using LLM based tools.
• Professional Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
