What You’ll Do
As the Social & Influencer Director for the prestigious L’Oréal Groupe, you will drive influencer strategy and planning, manage talent negotiations, and lead a high‑performing team to deliver outstanding influencer marketing results. This role requires a strategic leader who balances creative innovation with data‑driven decision‑making, ensuring that our influencer marketing initiatives align with business goals and set new benchmarks in the industry.
The role involves leading one of three divisions (CPD, LUXE, LDB & PPD) and collaborating with other directors to operate as ONE L’Oréal. You may also lead multi‑brand or category campaigns outside your divisional remit. As divisional lead, you are responsible for your team’s output and overall workflow and quality control.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the social and influencer marketing division, providing direction and strategic vision.
Negotiate with talent agents and influencers, ensuring partnerships align with brand values and deliver strong ROI.
Drive ideas and content strategies that reward key KPIs and metrics such as Share of Engagement, Share of Influence, and Share of Voice, managing campaigns end‑to‑end.
Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
Develop and execute the annual influencer marketing strategy, including budget planning, goal‑setting, and performance tracking.
Oversee the creation, execution, and optimisation of influencer campaigns in line with L’Oréal’s broader marketing objectives.
Lead budgeting processes for influencer marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control.
Provide reporting on campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Deep experience in digital/social and influencer marketing.
