We are recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our team, who will be focused on building client homes within a dedicated building zone. In this role, you will be supported by our in-house construction administration team, Construction Managers, and Building Managers to achieve your WIP. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for the supervision of our homes during construction and for project delivery within agreed time frames and budgets. We value adaptability, authenticity, communication, contribution, and a culture of pride and celebration. Responsibilities will include: Supervise multiple builds from slab to hand-over. Communicate effectively with trades, office staff, and clients (during on-site client meetings). Thorough understanding of scope of works, engineering specifications, and drawings. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Be able to work unsupervised and as part of a team. Possess the ability to solve problems promptly and have a can-do attitude (own the issue or problem). Competent technology and IT skills. Procurement of resources and coordinating contractors in order to deliver projects according to schedules. Supervise subcontractors to ensure all standards, regulations, and codes are met, including quality, costs, schedules, or safety issues. Review of all JHA’s, SWMS’s, and work procedures and make recommendations where required.
