Our Perth team is looking for an experience Site Manager to join us on a defence project based on Garden Island. Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the project site, ensuring compliance with all safety, quality and environmental standards Liaise with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project objectives are achieved Coordinate site activities with the project schedule and budget to ensure timely delivery of project milestones Provide leadership and guidance to the site team, including contractors, sub-contractors and labourers Monitor and report on project progress, including weekly and monthly reports to senior management Manage the procurement and delivery of equipment, materials and supplies required for the project Ensure all site documentation, including safety and environmental records, are maintained and up to date Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience in a site management role, preferably in a defence or infrastructure project environment Must be an Australia citizen or permanent resident Relevant tertiary qualifications in construction management, engineering or a related field Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a diverse team of professionals Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Sound knowledge of construction methodologies and standards, with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, and to meet tight deadlines Current driver's licence Benefits and perks: Access to our EAP (Employee Assistance Program) Excellent Leave Polices that include purchased Annual Leave, Work Life Balance Days, Community Days and generous Parental Leave scheme Collaborative and values-based workplace culture Sporting and Social events Professional Memberships Discounts on Travel, Retail and Health If you have the skills and experience we are looking for, please submit your application, including a cover letter and resume, to us.
