Summary CGC Recruitment are working in collaboration with a well established, WA owned and operated tier 3 commercial building head contractor, who have picked up several new projects and as a result, require an experienced Site Manager to join the team. The Client A commercial building head contractor that have a proven track record in successfully delivering a range of new build construction projects. With excellent relationships with several government clients, notably across both Education - Schools, Universities, TAFE's and Civic projects. Projects often range between $10-50m and are based across Perth metro. The Role & Responsibilities - Site Manager Lead and manage on-site construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor coordination. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety awareness among all project stakeholders. Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, to maintain open communication and address any issues that arise. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying potential risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies. Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and budget tracking. Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating team members and promoting professional development. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
