The Opportunity:
Your first project will be a $20mil+ townhouse development in Labrador, where you’ll manage the site from start to finish – overseeing program, subcontractors, safety, and quality.
You’ll focus on one project at a time and be based on sites across the greater Brisbane region, delivering a variety of builds including childcare centres, townhouse developments, community projects, schools, and sporting facilities.
This role would suit an experienced Site Manager or a capable Foreman looking to take the next step into a more senior role.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing the day-to-day site operations on a commercial builds $4mil - $20mil
- Coordinating subcontractors, site safety, scheduling, and quality control
- Working closely with the PM to deliver on time and to spec
What You Bring:
- Proven experience managing commercial or townhouse developments
- Site Manager or a strong Foreman ready to step up
- Trade background highly regarded
