We have a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join us in Queensland, on mid-high rise and large industrial builds. We are looking for someone to join a supportive company that drives safety, while leading a team to deliver excellence and have fun while doing it. About you You have previous experience as a Site Manager delivering projects ideally from commencement to completion. You have an appreciation for complex high-end builds and want to lead a large site team to deliver this type of product. You build strong relationships with all on site and create a culture that motivates productivity. You possess leadership skills that drive programme and bring out the best in your team and subbies. You are extremely safety and quality aware and ensure the highest safety and quality standards on site for the team and subbies. You operate a clean and organised site and understand this is key to success. You have a commercial view, understand the importance of cost and project requirements and can make informed decisions.
