The Role: As the Showroom Host & Dealership Support Assistant , you will be responsible for promptly welcoming all customers as they enter the showroom and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
You will embody the highest standards of customer service, presentation, and attention to detail.
Alongside delivering a seamless guest experience, you will support dealership operations and assisting with general administrative duties.
Role responsibilities include but not limited to: Provide exceptional service to all customers in a professional and personable fashion - meet and greet, directing, communicating, and attending to waiting customers, provision of refreshments.
Ownership of the "Customer Experience" on site (phone call or walk in) - Greet Customers, determine requirements, referring to appropriate dept/person, handover of customer to dealership staff as required Ensuring the overall presentation of customer-facing areas are kept to the highest standards.
