In this role, you will leverage your expertise to provide exceptional consulting services on the Service Now platform to our clients, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with their business processes. Responsibilities Proven experience as a Service Now Consultant or similar role. In-depth knowledge of Service Now modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM. Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices and processes. Ability to gather and analyze client requirements and deliver effective solutions. Experience in custom application development within Service Now. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset. Service Now certification is a plus.
