Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Solicitor specialising in Family Law at AMT Lawyers and Associates. The role involves handling family law cases, providing legal advice, representing clients in court, managing case files, and preparing legal documents. The role requires attention to detail, strong advocacy skills, and effective communication with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Family Law
• Knowledge of property division and handling legal matters related to property transactions
• Experience in other legal areas such as Labor and Employment Law and Commercial Real Estate
• Excellent legal research and drafting skills
• Strong communication and client management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent
• Admitted solicitor with a current practicing certificate in Victoria
