About the Role: We have an exciting opportunity for a talented, hands-on Senior Procurement Manager to join the team based at Warwick Farm.
Reporting into the Head of Corporate reporting and working closely with the CFO, you will work across the procurement lifecycle identifying supplies to review, manage tender processes, make recommendations and impact outcomes for Peter Warren Automotive Holdings.

Key responsibilities As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of procurement in an automotive retail business (excluding purchases from manufacturers).
Identifying supplies to review Assessing options and updating supply arrangements Conducting supplier, tender and pricing reviews as appropriate Leading and managing tenders, recommendations and outcomes Be supported when managing the on-boarding and off-boarding of suppliers Reviewing contractual arrangements and agreeing changes as necessary Interfacing with key internal stakeholders regarding needs assessments and relationship management Engaging with finance, senior management as well as the CEO To succeed in the role, you need Strong experience as a senior procurement leader operating on a stand-alone basis Demonstrated capability in Supply and contract review, tender preparation, supplier engagement, performance reviews as well as implementation To be a strong communicator, both written and verbal Developed soft skills to interface with various stakeholder groups including floor staff, department management, business leads and senior management The ability to move with pace and agility Previous experience in Automotive or Automotive retail is not essential but is considered favourably.
