The Role As a senior member of our Group Treasury team, you will be pivotal in shaping our financial future. Your responsibilities will include: Global Risk Management: Overseeing the financial risks of a global organization, focusing on foreign exchange (FX) and interest rate (IR) risk management. Capital Management: Developing and executing capital management strategies, including managing debt capital, bonding, and surety requirements. Funding Strategies: Supporting the Group Treasurer in financing activities, including negotiating debt facilities, and managing capital market activities. Debt Investor relations: Involved in all aspects of debt investor relations, fostering and developing deep relationships across our financial institutions and global debt investors. Credit Ratings: Managing Worley’s credit rating and maintaining strong relationships with rating agencies. Location: Australia About You You'll be at the forefront of managing the financial risks and opportunities of our global organisation. Your expertise will guide our capital management strategies, ensuring that Worley remains resilient and adaptive in a rapidly changing market. You'll also have the opportunity to influence global transactional banking services, liquidity management, and risk mitigation strategies that are critical to our success. You’ll bring Expertise in Treasury: significant senior years’ experience in a senior Treasury role within a sophisticated environment. Debt Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of debt markets, including syndicated facilities, loans, and global debt capital markets. Financial Acumen: Strong knowledge of market economics and financial instruments, especially FX and interest rate derivatives. Analytical Excellence: Exceptional analytical skills, with a deep understanding of financial risk management and hedging. Collaborative Leadership: A proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization, and with key external and internal stakeholders. Pressure Handling: A demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with accuracy. Educational Background: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, with a preference for post-graduate qualifications.
