Ericom is looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable & Invoicing Specialist to take ownership of our billing and receivables function while helping us continuously improve and automate how it operates.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and evolving systems as automation reduces routine tasks.
The Role You'll manage the end-to-end invoicing and accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate billing, strong revenue integrity, and efficient cash collection.
At the same time, you'll work closely with finance and operational teams to identify inefficiencies, improve controls, and automate processes that reduce manual work.
As processes improve and automation increases, the role will naturally evolve - giving you the opportunity to take on new challenges and continue improving how finance operates.
Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end customer invoicing process across all products and services Manage the accounts receivable ledger and debtor collections Monitor debtor ageing, collections performance, and AR reporting Resolve billing disputes and minimise revenue leakage Manage complex billing scenarios including recurring and usage-based charges Maintain billing integrity between Xero and Connect Wise Support month-end close and audit requirements Identify opportunities to automate and improve finance processes What You Bring3+ years experience in Accounts Receivable or invoicing Strong understanding of GST, billing accuracy, and AR controls High attention to detail with strong reconciliation skills Strong Excel and systems capability Experience with accounting or CRM platforms (Xero, Connect Wise or similar)Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills A mindset focused on continuous improvement and automation Why This Role Stands Out This is not a traditional AR role focused purely on processing.
